We offer free shipping for all orders of $75 or more, excluding taxes. For orders under $75, the shipping rate is $15 for regular ground shipping.
We also offer free pick up from our premises during our opening hours.

Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days for a full refund in your original payment method. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You can refer to our return policy for more details.
In the case of an allergic reaction to any of our products, please notify us within 48 hours. Products may be returned within 10 business days of reaction confirmation. A photo of the reaction may be required.
Unfortunately, at this time there is no way to transfer a spa credit or certificate to your online account. If you would like to use your spa gift card but are unable to make it into a store, we suggest that you place a phone order through one of our stores, and they can charge you using your gift card. The store will then send your items directly.
